    We are looking for a skilled Mortgage Loan Production Partner to join our top-producing team and assist our mortgage loan origination officers. This position requires a unique mix of production and administrative skills, plus the ability to manage pre-approving loan files, including loan program placement, calculating income, running DU and LP, and even selling the loan sometimes. This is HYBRID - You will work in the office in South Tampa 60% of the time. Loan Officer Experience or Underwriting Experience Preferred $50,000 - $60,000 base SALARY COE (+ bonus schedule $10-$15K) Responsibilities: • Review all loan package documentation for discrepancies, omissions, and income calculation then report any discrepancies to the loan originator • Handle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth and customers receive excellent service • Serve as the primary contact and liaison between clients, branch manager, and assigned loan originator and conduct meetings to coordinate any follow-up items • Screen and make calls, book appointments and provide administrative support as needed • Assemble loan documentation as required necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork Qualifications: • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills • Understand basic loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc. • Although not required, having an NMLS license or training is preferred • MS Office proficiency required; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred • Preferred degree in banking or finance, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 base + bonus
