Responsibilities: • Serve as the right-hand partner to a top-producing Loan Originator • Manage a robust pipeline from pre-approval through closing • Own document collection, review, and loan structuring for optimal success • Oversee ordering services (title, appraisal, VOEs, etc.) • Lead memorable client experiences with thoughtful touches, closing gifts • Support agent relationships, events, and referral strategy • Prepare polished presentations and materials for meetings Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in mortgage (LOA, Processor, or similar role) • Deep understanding of residential lending and the loan process • Confidence reviewing income, assets, credit & structuring files • Tech-savvy and systems-driven (ARIVE, Go High Level, Encompass, and Bonzo are a plus) • Exceptional organization, follow-up, and communication skills • College Degree preferred Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
