Position Summary

The Loan Processor is responsible for providing CB&T’s Centralized Lending Department with the support needed to process/book loans and effectively communicate with bank loan officers and title companies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Loan Processor for consumer, commercial and real estate

· Book loans

· Process real estate payoffs and send cancellation info to branches

· Communicate with title companies and loan officers for real estate loans

· Email/call title companies/dealerships as needed to track down missing collateral

· Backup to Command Center

· Pull Image Center reports for daily posted loan payments

· Track loan officer exceptions for decline and TRID loan review

· Mail declines and send decline packages to loan officers

· Declines vs. approved loans

· Kroll factual data report

· APR/WIN testing

· Cross train on recording, reinscription and other department duties

· Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by supervisor
