    ** Job Purpose:**

    Actively participate in and foster the ACB Culture of excellence while supporting the Bank’s strategic initiatives.

    Provide above and beyond customer service by providing administrative assistance to the retail and commercial loan departments. Uphold ACB’s well established policy and operating procedures to maintain the ACB’s loan portfolio and service all loan customers.

    Consistently and effectively manage behavior within ACB’s established customer service standards and core values while adhering to all established Bank Policy and procedures.

    ** Critical Drivers:**

    1. Accurate and timely processing of lending documentation
    2. Ensure all internal and external customers needs are met
    3. Lending reports are prepared timely and accurate

    ** Duties and Precise Tasks:**

    1. Commit to and live by a no excuses environment whereby all employees are held 100% accountable for behaviors, actions, performance & attitudes

    2. Adhere to all ACB policies and procedures

    3. Assist with the preparation of loan documents with Lender direction (Deferrals & Modifications)

    4. Assist with preparation of letters and other customer correspondence with Lender direction

    5. Quote pay offs and answers customer questions

    6. Assist with insurance tracking company regarding cancellations & reinstatements.

    7. Assist with the payment of taxes and insurance as well as annual analysis of escrowed loans

    8. Handle special assignments and requests as directed by the Management

    9. Assist with processing monthly PMI payments and cancellations when loans are paid in full

    10. Assist with gathering reports for department audits

    11. Prepare monthly reports for BOI/BOT

    12. Prepares mortgage discharges, MV title releases and pay off letters

    13. Processes UCC terminations

    14. Process loan payment rejects and returned loan payments.

    15. Prepare and deliver loan documents for sale to FHLB or other conduits.

    16. Maintain and reconcile liquid collateral inventory for collateral loans.

    17. Maintain various daily reports in Synergy including but not limited to, home equity line advances, new loans, allotments, and daily FHLB reporting.

    18. Update Paid Charged Off accounts in Chex Systems.

    19. Handle credit disputes between customers and credit bureau.

    20. Perform necessary maintenance on accounts, including payment reversals and corrections.

    21. Assists as backup to Consumer Loan Coordinator in accessing loan applications from Loan Writer and forwarding to loan officers for underwriting.

    22. Process returned mail and contact customer for correct mailing address.23. Backup for preparing and processing deferral and modification agreements.

    24. Maintain interest rates.

    25. Responsible for reporting to Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) and any other agencies.

    26. File new Mortgage and Home Equity notes

    27. Prepare construction budgets, process construction requests and other reinspection’s when needed.

    28. Adhere to telephone and communication standards when interacting with customers to attract business

    29. Perform additional duties as requested
