Responsibilities: • Guide business owners through the lending process, ensuring they understand each step and feel confident in their decisions. • Review and assess loan applications, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and complete before submission. • Gather and organize financial documentation from clients, maintaining a clear and efficient workflow. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely progression of loan transactions. • Monitor the status of loan applications, providing updates and addressing any issues that may arise promptly. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support and advice tailored to their unique financial needs. • Stay informed about industry trends and lending products to provide clients with the most relevant and beneficial options available. Qualifications: • No Experience required. • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, approachable manner. • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple loan applications simultaneously. • Attention to detail in reviewing and verifying financial documentation. • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing. • Proficiency in using financial software and tools to streamline application processes. Compensation: $125,500 - $225,000 yearly
