Responsibilities:
Evaluate and analyze loan applications to determine eligibility and risk factors.
Build strong relationships with clients, offering personalized mortgage solutions.
Guide clients through the loan process from application to closing.

Collaborate with real estate agents and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the loan journey.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loans processed.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring compliance with lending standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar mortgage-industry role.
Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting processes, and regulations.
Active NMLS license and familiarity with state and federal lending laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in mortgage software and CRM systems.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
