    ABOUT LOANCRAFT:

    LoanCraft, LLC is a business process outsourcing company that helps financial services companies.  Since 2003, our proprietary sales and processing solutions have helped our clients achieve great success in their sales growth and compliance structure. We currently need Customer Service Representatives interested in transitioning to Inside Sales professionals for two of our client companies.  If you  enjoy a fast paced, technology driven environment, we need you! 

    POSITION OVERVIEW FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES:

    The customer service representative is responsible for reaching out to clients who have contacted us to learn more about the financial products we offer.  We seek candidates with a strong customer service background, who can gain knowledge of products, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements while demonstrating a commitment to integrity.  We offer paid training and coaching and have a proven track record of helping people from a wide variety of careers excel in this position. 

    The position is full time with a base pay as well as monthly performance incentives based on individual success.  The position also includes medical and dental benefits, long term disability and life insurance, paid vacation, holiday, sick time, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

    • Establish and build a relationship with warm leads over the phone, that we provide to you.  There is no cold calling.  
    • Follow a structured, phone-based consultative process, assessing necessary information to develop a customized proposal that highlights the benefits and features of the product.
    • Present options to the consumer, consistent with the product guidelines, while providing education and ensuring client comprehension of the key product features.
    • Be involved during the various stages of the process from application through any post-closing issues.

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

    • Ability to analyze and comprehend financial data.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences.
    • Solid time management skills with emphasis on the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple detail oriented tasks simultaneously.
    • Flexibility to possibly work some nights and /or Saturdays each week as we have customers in multiple time zones in the US.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

    • Academic success at the college level is required.
    • Licensing will be required.  Depending on the position this may be a MI Real Estate Salesperson license or a Mortgage Loan Originator license. Because we invest in your success, we incur the cost of any licensing.  
    • Sales experience not required.  We have successfully trained and coached customer service professionals.
    • Must be able to positively and enthusiastically engage with different types of people.
    • Successful candidates should be interested and open to continuously incorporating feedback to improve performance.
    • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

    COMPENSATION FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

    • Base pay plus monthly performance incentives. Typical annual compensation is in the range of $55,000 to $80,000, based on individual success.
