WHAT WE DO: LoanMart provides fast, professional assistance to financially stressed or credit-challenged segment of borrowers. Our place in the community was built over twenty years, growing from a family-owned single-store front in Van Nuys into the largest auto title lender in California.

LOCATION AND SHIFT INFO: This position is based in Van Nuys, CA and is a hybrid work opportunity. Mon-Fri, with periodic Saturday shifts. Subject to change depending on business need.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: The pace is fast and expectations are high- if you like the work environment buzzing, this is the role for you. If you like having control over your compensation via base + bonus plan, this position is for you.

As a Customer Service Representative with very early-stage payment acquisition responsibilities, you will:

• Answer various account-related question and educate customers about the importance of staying current with loan payments, working with the customer to make payment arrangements.
• Provide EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service to every customer, every time.
• Adhere to all regulatory and company standards related to Collection practices and internal Service Level standards (we'll teach you). This includes providing appropriate disclosures, following proper verification protocol, adhering to internal and various regulatory requirements (which you'll be taught).
• Fast, accurate, clear data entry. Every customer interaction is to be clearly and accurately documented.

PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Bilingual English / Spanish
• Prior Call Center / Collections experience
• Shift flexibility: Able to work Saturdays, if needed (usually always scheduled well in advance).
• Experience with Dialer/Auto-call systems
