We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lobby Attendant to join our overnight housekeeping team at [Hotel Name]. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors; dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, windows, and fixtures.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and ensure they are fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of public restrooms, elevators, and stairwells.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for assistance or information regarding hotel services.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor or maintenance team.
- Participate in deep cleaning tasks as directed, such as carpet cleaning or window washing.
- Restock and organize lobby amenities, including brochures, magazines, and complimentary food/beverage items.
- Assist with setting up for special events or functions occurring in the lobby area.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff members to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures regarding hygiene and safety.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or a related role preferred.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and moving objects.
- Knowledge of general cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
