Job Summary:

As a Lobby Attendant at Revelation Church LA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of our facility. You will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and organized lobby area, monitoring and addressing visitor activities, and following emergency procedures when necessary. If you are detail-oriented, observant, and dedicated to maintaining a clean and secure environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Be prepared to lead and follow all emergency procedures to ensure the safety of church visitors and staff.

Promptly report any incidents or unusual activities to your supervisor for proper resolution.

Record and validate all visitors who enter the premises.

Occasionally, patrol both the interior and exterior of the building to maintain a secure environment and deter any unauthorized activities.

Observe behaviors and address conflicts or disruptions as needed, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

Take responsibility for handling and distributing all incoming and outgoing packages efficiently and securely.

Ensure that the lobby area is consistently clean, organized, and welcoming to all visitors.

Report any maintenance problems or concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel.

Safeguard and maintain the security of assigned keys and access control systems.

Be open to performing other duties as assigned to support the overall mission of Revelation Church LA.
