The Greeter acts as an ambassador of the Resort Front Desk lobby

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests to the hotel
• Providing directions and information regarding the resort
• Escorting guests to their destination

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of two years customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills
• Willingness to stand for long periods of time
