JOB SUMMARY:
Customer Service Representative to assist the Auto Insurance Claims Dept. This position is responsible for handling customer and adjuster calls as well as filing claims following an accident or other incident that caused damage to motor vehicles. Other responsibilities include clerical duties such as sending out letters and documentation to consumers and insurance companies.
