JOB DESCRIPTION

The Customer Service Representative provides excellent customer service to dealers through our caller support center and remotely through the computer. The ideal candidate will represent the company in a professional manner, is time efficient, organized, detail oriented, able to prioritize duties, and adhere to company policies and procedures.  

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide exceptional customer service to dealers calling our support line
• Provide enrollment, training and support for our Internet-based software application (training provided)
• Learn and become proficient in our proprietary software application and tools

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
• Ability to multi-task
• Basic computer skills using common internet browsers and email
• Knowledge of motor vehicle finance industry or experience in an automobile dealership preferred
• Experience providing customer support via telephone and through remote desktop support software preferred
• Bilingual English / Spanish
• High School graduate
• Compensation: DOE
