Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience with securitizations and daily cash management (liquidity). Cross departmental communications and ability to work with all levels of employees. Job duties include management of balance sheet accounts at the parent and subsidiary level, coordinating A/R and A/P activity with team members, Bank Reconciliations, Audit Interface, Commission calculations, Financial Statements, Reporting and Analysis, Financial Projections, Fixed Assets, 1099's, Multi-State ADP Payroll, 401K Administration, Accounting Procedures and Internal Controls, Staff Supervision, Taxes, and Personnel Administration.

Required Skills and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field, CPA preferred.
• 10+ years experience in finance and accounting.
• 5+ years U.S. GAAP experience.
• Motor vehicle sales finance industry is a preferred.
• Strong work ethic, organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail oriented with ability to frame financial and accounting impact.

Hours and Location

The normal work week is from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. This is a salaried position and the individual is expected to do what is required to get the job done. The location is 1150 N Magnolia Ave, Anaheim CA 92801. The candidate must have the ability to commute and relocate before starting work.

Compensation

Annual salary range is $150,000.00 to 200,000.00 per year.
