    Lobel Financial is seeking a professional, goal oriented Call Center Representative. Must possess good problem solving skills, demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in managing workload, and scheduling follow up. Good telephone etiquette is required.

    BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Handle high volume of inbound calls
    • Make outbound calls to existing clients
    • Proactively gain and maintain a full understanding of company policies and procedures
    • Process payments/schedule payment arrangements/inform customers of the payment process
    • Effectively summarize and relay account information to customers
    • Efficiently enter accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
    • Consistently follow guidelines with minimal errors
    • Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company
    • Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary
    • Utilize various skip tracing techniques and collection strategies
    • Negotiate payment terms and methods when right party is reached
    • Overcome stalls and objections & suggest money sources for debt payment.
    • Utilize payment options and secure this information

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Minimum of 1 year of Call Center/Customer Service experience
    • Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Computer skills
    • Ability to use office equipment
    • Ability to work in a fast paced goal oriented collections department
    • Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem solving skills
    • Commitment to excellent customer service
    • Able to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-discipline environment
    • Ability to talk and type accurately
    • Ability to sit for the majority of their shift
    • BILINGUAL SPANISH REQUIRED
