    Join our team and you will be exposed to all facets of the construction industry! Come meet us to see what we can offer you. LIMITED travel required! You will be hired to perform the following work, which may vary as you develop and perform your roles and responsibilities: - Assist and prepare bid proposals. - Assist and prepare contract proposals. - Assist and prepare pay applications - Assists with job site safety procedures at all times. - Assist with weekly meetings with owners groups and site managers - Overseeing site managers insuring they are keeping their schedules up to date and all projects are completed as scheduled; - Use of computer including emailing, Builder Trend, scheduling and project updated - Assisting with preparation and accuracy of project change orders and punch list items; - Review plans/blueprints; - Work with subcontractors and understand their scope of work; - Review estimates and compare to plans and specs to verify quantities and materials; - Draft and respond to RFIs, Submittals and Change Orders; - Assisting with reports on the progress of the project to the owner and local officials as needed; - Assisting Owners insuring that everything is meeting the requirements of the project and clients expectations.
