PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Ensure Customer Satisfaction is achieved by the delivery of exceptional service.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provide our customers with an expert, professional resource for resolution of problems related to enrollment procedures.
- Ensure customers, as a double seam authority, run products within established guidelines for government regulation.
- Assist customers in establishing program goals for community impact and campaign outcomes.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree, trade school or significant experience in the field at a minimum
- Strong communication skills that span various levels of management both with customers
- Self-starter with initiative, integrity and an ability to develop relationships with customer personnel
- Basic computer skills
