    Job Description

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

    Ensure Customer Satisfaction is achieved by the delivery of exceptional service. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Provide our customers with an expert, professional resource for resolution of problems related to enrollment procedures.
    • Ensure customers, as a double seam authority, run products within established guidelines for government regulation.
    • Assist customers in establishing program goals for community impact and campaign outcomes.

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

    • Associate degree, trade school or significant experience in the field at a minimum
    • Strong communication skills that span various levels of management both with customers
    • Self-starter with initiative, integrity and an ability to develop relationships with customer personnel
    • Basic computer skills
