    Earn an average of $100,000–$110,000 per year delivering fresh and frozen groceries throughout the Northeast. This dedicated local opportunity offers a $10,000 bonus , daily home time, additional stop pay, and consistent scheduled work. Drivers should be prepared for frequent deliveries to New York City boroughs and Long Island.

    Main Yard / Starting Location

    North Hatfield, MA — drivers operate within approximately 350 miles of the account, with most deliveries serving NYC boroughs and Long Island.

    Pay Details

    • Average Annual Pay: $100,000–$110,000
    • Average Weekly Pay: $1,923–$2,115
    • Mileage Pay: $0.52–$0.56 CPM
    • Bonus: $10,000
    • Daily Pay: $50 per day when all five scheduled workdays are completed
    • NYC Borough Stop Pay: $42 per stop in Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, and Brooklyn
    • Liftgate Stop Pay: $45 per stop
    • Detention Pay: Paid in 15-minute increments when the driver arrives within the scheduled delivery window
    • Classroom Safety Training: $20 per hour

    Job Details

    • Deliver fresh and frozen groceries to supermarkets and distribution centers.
    • Service territory includes NY, NJ, MA, VT, RI, NH, ME, PA, and parts of upstate NY.
    • Approximately 80–90% of deliveries are in NYC boroughs and Long Island.
    • Drivers should expect to deliver in NYC boroughs daily.
    • Multi-stop routes averaging approximately 15–20 stops per week.
    • Usually one long load per day, with an occasional second, shorter load when hours permit.
    • May pick up returned products or backhauls for delivery to the distribution center.
    • Drivers receive electric pallet-jack training to assist with store unloading.
    • May assist other local accounts as needed.
    • Uniforms provided.
    • Customer service skills are important.

    Shift Details

    • Local driving with home time every day
    • Early start times
    • Consistent scheduled workdays
    • Drivers work scheduled holidays unless the account is not operating.
    • Holiday schedule: Off during the day on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day, but work the holiday night.

    Job Requirements

    • Valid Class A CDL
    • Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
    • Clean driving record
    • Valid DOT Medical Card
    • No SAP drivers
    • Must be comfortable with multi-stop grocery deliveries and assisting with unloading using an electric pallet jack.
    • Must provide personal transportation to and from the account.

    Equipment & Benefits

    • Automatic day-cab trucks
    • Refrigerated trailers: 46, 48, 51, or 53 feet
    • Trucks cannot be taken home during time off.
