    Class A CDL Local Driver – Dedicated Grocery Account | 100% No-touch Freight

    Pay: Up to $0.58/mile + Stop Pay + Guaranteed Weekly Minimums

    Driver Requirements & Qualifications

    • Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of verified Class A CDL experience (12+ months). No trainees, teams, or owner-operators.
    • Shift Expectations: Day and night shifts available; weekends and all holidays required (except Thanksgiving and Christmas). Must adhere to strict customer delivery windows.

    Compensation & Financial Highlights

    • Mileage Pay Scale: $0.53 CPM (12–18 mos exp), $0.54 CPM (18–24 mos exp), $0.56 CPM (1–2 yrs exp), $0.58 CPM (3+ yrs exp).
    • Stop Pay: $10 for the 1st stop, $15 for each subsequent stop.
    • Short-Haul Premium: $20 flat rate for loads under 250 miles.
    • Weekly Guarantees: 3-month post-solo dispatch tier progression ($1,400 / $1,500 / $1,600 / $1,700).

    Route & Operating Conditions

    • Home Time: Daily home time (home nightly). Two days off available upon request.
    • Schedules & Miles: 5-day and 6-day shift options averaging 1,500 to 1,900 miles per week.
    • Freight & Equipment: 100% no-touch freight using roll-door trailers. Operations include live load, live unload, preload, and drop-and-hook.
