About the Role:

Join our dedicated team at Tennessee Valley Land and Environment as a Local Dump Truck Driver on the night shift! This role is essential for ensuring timely and safe transportation of materials throughout North Alabama, while being part of a company that values your contributions.

Responsibilities:

Operate dump trucks to transport materials to and from job sites safely.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.

Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and materials transported.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.

Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.

Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately.

Ensure a clean and organized truck and work area.

Requirements:

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.

Minimum of 2 years of driving experience in a similar role.

Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Physically fit and able to handle heavy loads.

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Knowledge of local roads and routes is a plus.
