Local Eclectic’s mission is to be the globally recognized platform for independent jewelry designers discovery. We started as a side project in 2013 and have turned into a high growth e-commerce startup. We’ve taken a counterintuitive approach to the business (social first, customer-focused, no shortcuts, no get rich quick), and have built an authentic relationship with our customers by pairing lust worthy products with an exceptional customer experience.
We're looking to add driven team members to our CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE team. This role will be responsible for afternoon, early evening and possible weekend coverage of any customer inquiries.
