You will be reviewed 3-6 months down the road for available Management Opportunities! As a W-2 employee, you can receive a $1000 Achievement Bonus after 3 months. You can earn a 5K QNB (Quarterly New Bonus) paid quarterly. This is that exciting opportunity that you have been searching for!
