    The mission of the Local Marketing Assistant Operations Manager is to optimize the use of tools, processes, and programs that empower the field marketing team to effectively engage Team Leaders, business partners/organizations, and consumers. This role focuses on supporting and maintaining key marketing platforms—such as email, social media management, web pages, mapping, and support ticket systems—while also developing and deploying field marketing kits and point-of-purchase (POP) materials to drive local activation and brand visibility.

    There will be heavy emphasis on education and training that aids the development of the field marketing team to improve local market relationships and community engagement as our brand differentiator.

    Scope:

    The Local Marketing Assistant Operations Manager reports to the VP Of Marketing – Field Operations and collaborates with the Field Team Director and Field Team peers to achieve the annual marketing and business goals. The primary focus of this role will be to provide customer support to Sport Clips Field Team and Team Leaders (franchisees) Success in the position requires someone who is a self-starter, hands-on practitioner, experienced in explaining complicated processes in any easy to digest manner, and can balance many tasks & projects at once. They will have a proven track record of success in a service-based role, superior time management skills, and experience integrating with other marketing channels. This Team Member will reside in Georgetown, TX, unless otherwise agreed upon.

    Key Criteria/Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.

    5+ years in Marketing Operations, Field Marketing, email, and social media platforms.

    Background in retail or franchise operations support is a plus.

    Experience leveraging tools to communicate to Clients with alignment to brand standards and systems, to meet current demand while ensuring support for Client count store growth. Strong working knowledge of marketing automation tools and program management tools (e.g., Email (CRM Systems) Social Engagement Software and its utilization to connect the store to the community, Google Business and Google Analytics, CMS (web sites), project management and help desk, and mapping or territory management tools.

    Strong understanding of customer service processes across both Internal (Team Members) and External (Team Leaders’s)

    Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a demanding environment.

    Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

    Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail.

    Experience managing vendors for promotional materials or POP production.
