    Dedicated CDL-A Route Operator – Roanoke Base

    • Run Logistics: Home daily operations covering VA and WV corridors, averaging 4 loads and 2,000 weekly miles. Slip-seat tractors operate on a 7-day schedule with mandatory overnight runs, weekend shifts, and holiday availability (including the week preceding holidays).
    • Prerequisites: Reliable individual transportation to the facility daily. Out-of-market candidates require prior administrative clearance.
    • Financial Compensation: Weekly averages hit $1,450, pushing annual potential for peak performers to $75,000+.
    • Pay Scale Breakdown: Mileage rates range from $0.53 to $0.58 CPM based on tenure (0 to 61+ months). Earn an extra $55 per trailer drop unload and $20 per stop.
    • Sign-On Incentive: Collect $2,500 total, paid incrementally over 6 months ($500 initially, $500 at month one, $250 across mid-term milestones, and $500 at day 180).
    • Freight Handling: Unload cargo utilizing an electric pallet jack (full on-site instruction supplied).
