Job Summary:
DataShield Corp is seeking a dedicated Service Technician/Route Driver to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consistent, structured environment, has patience, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail. Our Service Technicians/Route Drivers operate specialized 26' box trucks, following a well-defined process to efficiently complete daily routes. Job Responsibilities:
Safely operate 22' to 26' straight trucks and mobile destruction vehicles
Execute 20-30 service stops daily, ensuring efficiency and security
Deliver exceptional customer service at every stop
Uphold the highest standards of security throughout all tasks
Accurately maintain route records, customer documentation, and daily service logs
Operate industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts
Load and unload trucks
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Capability to routinely lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
Ability to handle wheeled carts weighing up to 250 lbs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and effectively
Professional demeanor and appearance
Ability to work shifts up to 10 hours
Previous route driving experience is preferred but not required
