    Job Description

    We control the operations of our client's marketing promotions. We assist our clients in providing them with a generation of consumer’s interest or inquiry into the products or services of their business. Our AT&T Sales Support Representative will help our clients improve and endorse their businesses to new levels. We stimulate customers' interest in their promotions and products.

    Every day we build not only our reputation for customer service but AT&T as well. We work with them directly promoting products and branding their name. Our AT&T Sales Support Representatives do an amazing job reaching out into the community and marketing products with the communities in the San Diego area. We work on community awareness programs that help foster the growth of our Client’s name and products. Our goal is to build leaders and managers to help us oversee our clients' campaigns and development.

    GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provides customer support for outreach enrollment. Serves as the primary contact for customer issues. Escalates more technical product-related issues to the proper Product Support department.
    • Processes a high volume of customer inquiries of products and services.
    • Troubleshoots customer problems identify the root cause of the problem and use tools and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems.
    • When unable to resolve the problem in a reasonable amount of time, you will escalate to the appropriate resource.
    • Updates customer information and ensures accurate entry of contact information.
    • Meets the standards of the job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time.
    • May provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced representatives.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Strong customer service or sales representative background and experience with relationship building
    • Reliable transportation
    • Dependable and resilient
    • Massive ambitious and eager to develop sales and leadership skills
    • Phenomenal negotiation and persuasion tactics
    • Proven ability to overturn objections and close a sale when needed
    • Excellent time management and flexibility under pressure
    • Confident, energetic, and charming demeanor
