Local Splash is an online marketing company based in Fountain Valley, CA that was founded in 2004. Our goal is to help small to medium sized businesses leverage our services to grow their business. About us:

• This is a 100% remote opportunity (unless you consider the distance between your bed and desk a commute!)
• Compensation is DOE ranging from $18/hr ~ $25/hr.
• This is a full-time position - 40hrs/week - No weekends!

• You are organized and detail oriented. We don’t expect perfection but need someone who is on top of their work and never misses a deadline.
• You laugh in the face of sales objections. Upselling clients comes naturally to you.

The focus of this role is to assist our clients throughout the onboarding process and increase client retention. Basically, we are looking for someone to walk our clients through how our service works ~ holding their hand every step of the way with a smile and joke from time to time.

Yes, you will need to be meticulous with your work in addition to being personable and charming. During your conversations you will be updating accounts into our custom CRM, delegating tasks when appropriate and identifying opportunities to upsell... all while ensuring the client has the best experience possible.

We can teach you the product knowledge and processes but we expect intelligence, positive energy and a “roll up your sleeves - get it done” kind of attitude.
