    Position Overview: Big Bad Breakfast is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Local Store Marketer (LSM) to grow our brand and catering business through direct community outreach. This role is primarily field-based, focused on building relationships with local businesses, schools, sports teams, and organizations through sampling, networking, and consistent follow-up. Over time, the position will also include light administrative and office support.

    Pay: Hourly and salaried positions available based on experience, availability and part/full time.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Visit local businesses, schools, and organizations to promote BBB catering

    Deliver food samples and introduce menu offerings

    Build relationships with key decision-makers (office managers, coaches, athletic directors, etc.)

    Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups

    Coordinate catering opportunities, partnerships, and promotions

    Execute grassroots marketing efforts in the community

    Determine and communicate appropriate discounts or in-kind donations

    Track outreach efforts, leads, and results

    Assist with light administrative tasks, including invoicing and general office support

    Qualifications:

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Comfortable with in-person outreach and cold calling

    Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently

    Professional demeanor and appearance

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

    Ability to transport food items for sampling

    Sales, marketing, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
