Cabo Bob’s is looking for a full-time local store marketer to drive sales for our Houston locations through local, grassroots methods. We are looking for a motivated and outgoing individual who can build new relationships, foster customer loyalty, and develop a robust network of connections with our Houston community.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Relationship building: The core focus of our Local Store Marketer position is building relationships with our Houston market. The LSM will be responsible for networking with local businesses, groups, and schools within a 2 mile radius of each store as well as maintaining on-going customer relationships at various scales.
Partnerships: This position will involve building strategic partnerships with other local businesses and organizations to grow Cabo Bob’s brand presence.
Community Outreach: You’ll represent Cabo Bob’s values at various events both in and out of the stores, laying out the framework for long-term community relationships.
Capture Content: The LSM will collaborate with our executive marketing team to capture local photo and video content for use on the Cabo Bob’s social media channels and other marketing campaigns.
Donations: Our LSM will be responsible for various tangible aspects of community engagement, such as managing donation requests, assembling auction baskets, and scheduling pick-ups.

Previous experience in restaurant, catering, or customer service roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
