    Job Description

    ** Role Summary and Purpose**

    The Localization Coordinator will support the Localization dubbing and subtitling workflows for Studio Mastering and Content Operations. You will be responsible for researching available material, preparing Smartsheet tasks orders, accurate data entry, and rejection research and resolution. Additional responsibilities include tracking material delivery, organizing order details, gathering information through several systems, and preparing detailed purchase orders to vendors. You will work closely with the Manager of Localization to ensure accurate data is reported and orders are executed correctly, within budget, and on time.

    Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

    • Provide data entry of ordered and delivered content into various network systems/databases.
    • Provide excellent customer & client support and care, addressing and resolving issues and requests, and escalating where needed
    • Responsible for managing order preparation including but not limited to organizing content data, following up with various locations for missing material, tracking, locating scripts and various required documentation, and updating systems to track material delivered
    • Ability to handle and prioritize time sensitive issues and materials
    • Ability to collect and relay accurate information about assets in both verbal and written format to business partners and vendors
    • Demonstrate ability to multi-task and balance numerous priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
    • Well organized, detail oriented and comfortable with multi-step workflows
    • Highly motivated, energetic, and cordial
    • Strong skills in Smartsheet, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • 3+ years’ experience in a Localization field
    • 3+ years’ experience with data entry / computer skills

    Desired:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
    • Multilingual
    • Good decision-making ability
    • Familiarity with digital picture and audio formats
    • Willingness and ability to work overtime when necessary
    • Proven effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple groups & levels within an organization

    Eligibility Requirements:

    • Must be willing to work Universal City, CA
    • Must be willing to submit a background investigation
    • Must be 18 years or older

    Additional Requirements:

    Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
