This is a great 120+ bed facility that offers Long-term Care and Short-term rehab services. The facility has a dedicated team and a positive culture. The facility also enjoys a strong relationship with the nearby Hospital systems.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (Massachusetts)
• 2+ years of Nursing Home Administrator experience

Responsibilities:

• Operational oversight of a licensed Skilled Nursing Facility
• Oversee the financial departments as well as review the operating and capital budgets.
• Oversee all employee relations to include recruitment, orientation, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, terminations, training, staff development and enforcement of policies and procedures.
• Review performance of current or recently implemented projects within the facility.
• Maintain, guide and enforce policies and procedures regarding resident care, personnel issues, medical care, financial operations, public relations, center maintenance and communicates such policies and procedures to staff and other parties.
• Ensure compliance with resident rights policies.Effectively communicate goals to achieve organizational objectives.
• Supervise all administrative and clinical functions in the facility.Monitor and Maintain facility's compliance with all pertinent State and Federal regulations.
