Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
• Prior experience in Agricultural Retail strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

Additional Information

Compensation:
$80,000 – $100,000 annually , commensurate with experience, plus a competitive benefits package.
