About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Location Manager to join our home services team. As the Location Manager, you will provide leadership to our staff of six service professionals. You will communicate regularly with new and existing clientele so excellent speaking and writing skills, as well as a basic understanding of a sales process are important. You will collaborate daily with our remote support team and managers in our other locations. Our company is in a phase of exciting expansion, and we're seeking driven professionals to join us in shaping our future success. Compensation includes salary plus incentive, so the manager’s pay grows as we grow! In addition, a one-time onboarding bonus of $750 after 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of cleaners, including scheduling and performance management
Work within our hiring and onboarding framework to hire and train new service staff
Daily communication with interested customers and existing clientele.
Perform quality assurance calls and in- home visits
Meet with interested clients at their homes to evaluate their needs
Monitor and maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
Requirements:
Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or home improvement industries
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
Experienced with using technology to streamline processes and deliver results, including effectively managing leads and sales.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
