POSITION: Lockbox (Image Capture)

FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Full Time 40 hours a week

LOCATION: Dallas, TX

SCHEDULE: Thur- Mon 9:15pm- 5:45am

ASSIGNMENT: 11/03/2025 to 11/02/2026 (temp to hire)

PAY RANGE: $17.50- $19.80 hourly paid weekly.

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Imaging & Capture Specialist to join our operations team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the secure and efficient processing of client documents through scanning, imaging, and record retention. You will be responsible for operating high-speed OPEX machinery, identifying exceptions, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine daily maintenance on OPEX scanning machines.
• Extract, sort, and prepare documents for scanning, including cash, credit card payments, and foreign items.
• Identify and escalate error messages or equipment issues.
• Scan and image incoming documents received via U.S. mail, overnight courier, and local delivery.
• Ensure all documents are processed according to departmental guidelines and specific client instructions.
• Maintain accurate document retention and recordkeeping through proper box proration.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, continuous production environment.
• Lift/move boxes, trays, and racks of work (up to 25 lbs).

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with high-speed scanning or imaging equipment (OPEX experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive documents.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods in a production-driven environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and PCI standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
• Reliable, organized, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of computers and technology
