Our Richardson based collections agency is seeking self-motivated and experienced debt collectors who are ready to join a winning team. Diverse consumer collections experience is preferred. Our collections specialists see a continuous flow of new business every month with an average account balance of $5,000, creating an opportunity for high earning potential where top agents are earning 70K or more. Day to day responsibilities include skip tracing, file management and making manual phone calls.

Applicants for the debt collector / collections position should meet the following criteria:

• Two years 3rd party collections experience minimum

• Excellent written, verbal and negotiation skills

• Skip tracing skills

• Competent understanding of FDCPA, FCRA and TCPA

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Type 40wpm

Benefits: Competitive salary + commission, paid holidays, vacation/personal days, group health, life, dental, and vision insurance. Schedule is Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM. Work environment is casual.
