About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Locksmith to join our team, specializing in servicing medical facilities and commercial buildings throughout the Richmond, VA area. This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in all aspects of locksmithing, with a strong focus on security, precision, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of locksmithing on doors and hardware
• Cut and duplicate keys accurately
• Drill out and replace locks as needed
• Pin and rekey locks to master key systems
• Install, adjust, and repair door closers and exit devices
• Service and program Trilogy keypads and other electronic access systems
• Conduct routine maintenance and emergency lockout services
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols, especially in sensitive medical environments

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a locksmith (3+ years preferred)
• Proficiency with commercial hardware and electronic access systems
• Familiarity with medical facility security standards is a plus
• Locksmithing certifications are preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently without the need for micromanagement
• Trustworthy and capable of supporting customers to a high professional standard
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
