Position Summary
Optigy is seeking a Locums Gastroenterologist to support a growing multi-specialty physician network in Miami-Dade County. This position will focus on the development and delivery of high-quality GI services across a dynamic and collaborative healthcare setting.

Key Highlights

• Provide direct patient care with an average of 18 patients per day on clinic days

• Perform 5–8 procedures on designated procedure days

• Strong clinical acumen and diagnostic skills required

Responsibilities

• Deliver intensive, evidence-based medical diagnosis, consultation, and care

• Develop and manage gastroenterology services in alignment with clinical goals

• Ensure high-quality standards consistent with leading healthcare practices

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Medicine (MD or DO)

• 3 to 5 years of related experience preferred

• Valid Florida Medical License

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

• DEA certification

• BLS/ACLS certification (AHA) with at least 6 months validity
