Job Description The Training and Development Lead at Locus Robotics will develop, implement, and deliver training and development programs aimed both at our internal stakeholders and external customers and partners. This dynamic new role for the company will help us develop internal training for companywide and group-specific onboarding (cultural, industry and technical), customer-focused training on new implementations and ongoing processes, including maintenance of our systems, and external training for sales professionals and resellers. Reporting to into the HR team, the Training and Development Lead will work with stakeholders throughout Locus Robotics to create content, and will also utilize a wealth of existing source content created by our internal teams, revising it according to current best practices. This role will also “train the trainer,” providing instruction to frontline employees who currently present training to new accounts.
The successful candidate for this role is a high-energy, self-directed individual with experience developing and delivering training content both in-person and online. There will be opportunities for domestic and international travel with this role.
