Job Description

Full Charge Bookkeeper responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements and compliance filings for multiple clients along with tax preparation. We are looking for a professional individual that is a team player and willing to learn new areas of accounting. This is a fast paced environment with multiple tasks being performed all the time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of income tax returns - business and personal
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements from start to finish
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients
• IRS and state compliance resolution

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• ENROLLED AGENT DESIGNATION a plus
• Previous experience in public accounting (3 - 5 years)
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles
• Expert level experience with Quickbooks
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
