The Residence Club Lodging Attendant supports the daily operations of the Victory Ranch Residence
Club by assisting with cabin readiness, owner service requests, and field operations. This role helps
maintain clean, functional, and well-prepared cabins, garages, carts, and shared spaces. The
Lodging Attendant works closely with the Residence Club Manager and Coordinators to provide direct
owner support and behind-the-scenes operational assistance. Staying focused, reporting issues
promptly, and documenting task completion in real time are essential to ensuring Residence Club
standards are consistently met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cabin & Property Support
• Deliver stored items to cabins prior to owner arrival and ensure proper return and storage after
departure.
• Assist with Sunday/Monday turnover tasks, including trash and linen removal, storage deliveries,
snow removal, and cart cleaning.
• Help prepare and stage consumable restock supplies for the housekeeping teams to ensure timely
turnovers.
• Keep garages, decks, walkways, and shared areas clean and safe.
Maintenance Weeks Support
• Provide additional support during bi-annual Maintenance Weeks when extended hours may be
required.
• Assist with deep cleaning, cabin restocking, organizing supplies, and verifying inventory
counts.
• Support décor resets and functionality check to ensure cabins meet seasonal readiness
standards.
• Document or assist in reporting damages and support small repair tasks under Manager or
Technician direction.
Team Collaboration & Backup
• Assist Coordinators with cabin walkthroughs on an as-needed basis to verify readiness or address
owner-specific requests.
• Back up Residence Club Technicians when requested, supporting with basic maintenance or
logistics tasks.
• Maintain communication with the Manager and team to stay aligned with daily priorities.
Task Management & Accountability
• Stay on task during daily assignments while maintaining efficiency and attention to
detail.
• Report any concerns, issues, or unusual conditions promptly to the Manager.
• Document and update task status in real time, ensuring accurate records in the designated
tracking systems.
General Responsibilities
• Maintain polite, positive, and effective communication with Residence Club owners, guests,
and staff
• Take initiative to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and team support.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the Residence Club Manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Hospitality, property services, or facilities support experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and use operational systems as directed (ClickUp, Teams, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability of working Sundays as well as possibly Mondays and Saturdays, with flexibility for
additional hours during Maintenance Weeks and seasonal needs.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Capability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including snow
removal.
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on tasks, including moving furniture, cleaning carts, and
handling supplies.
