    Job Description

    We are looking for an ambitious, innovative Manager to bring proven enterprise-level consulting success, a dynamic skillset, and leadership qualities to our rapidly growing Strategy and Operations consulting practice. This is a chance to work with some of today’s most forward-thinking and interesting companies while supporting them with cutting-edge technologies in exciting, high-visibility environments.

    As a key member of our growing sales enablement team, you’ll play a vital role in leading the strategic direction and development of account plans. You’ll manage large project teams and enterprise-wide efforts, supporting the delivery of solutions to some of our client’s toughest business and technical challenges. In doing so, you’ll deepen senior management and client relationships, negotiating and influencing while enjoying ownership of your hard-earned results.

    From developing strategic understanding of large, global high-tech clients to driving the pipeline and delivering results for multi-million-dollar accounts, your efforts will strengthen sales across a range of Logic20/20 offerings and ensure sustainable, profitable growth.

Working with a diverse team of consultants and project managers, you’ll have the chance to make a difference in how companies develop new products, protect their customers’ privacy, drive cultural change, and more. When it’s time for the team to roll up their sleeves, you’ll put your talents to work while broadening your horizons and learning new skills.

    ABOUT YOU

    • You’re a consulting leader with robust understanding of the ins and outs of managing in a consulting context
    • You develop innovative client proposals through deep understanding of business problems, with working knowledge of project leadership, innovation, customer capital, and change management
    • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to tackle complex technology and business challenges while also being able to communicate the solutions clearly and simply
    • You can recognize and leverage new business opportunities, driving strategic direction and development of accounts
    • You create added value, identifying, developing, and enhancing opportunities that grow client relationships
    • You gain fulfillment from managing and mentoring consultants
    • You have an executive presence and are comfortable negotiating, influencing, and working side by side with other executive leadership, senior management, and client-side decision-makers
    • You see yourself at the helm of a practice, have a high level of ownership, and have a burning desire to take the firm to the next level
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in a leading enterprise-level consulting firm handling multi-million-dollar accounts
    • Proven success implementing large-scale cross-functional solutions with both business and technical focus
    • Experience supporting a portfolio of projects with up to 30 consultants
    • Demonstrated skillset in building and managing relationships with C-suites
    • Ability to organize and lead large, diverse project teams
    • Ability to mentor junior resources to help them grow as professionals and as future leaders
    • Experience with the sales process and account development
    • MBA or relevant graduate degree from a leading program
