BUSINESS ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION/ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducting requirements gathering team meetings with business users and technical team and capture the requirements and use cases.
• Identify and document the project scope, benefit, cost and timescale
• Detailed documentation preparation for requirements, use cases, ERD, functional, non- functional requirements.
• User Interface prototypes development.
• Process flow development.
• Prior experience in moderating JAD sessions.
• Basic Project Management skills and providing project progress update to project stakeholders.
• Designing UI mockups.

QUALITY ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION/ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Experience with UAT and Black-box testing
• Experience in generating testing plans, testing scripts, and issue tracking.
• Experience and willingness to execute lengthy manual regression testing scripts.
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of team members.
• Experience working in the scrum or agile development environment supporting a software product
• Experience with supporting developers with creating test scenarios.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Minimum Degree: Degree required in the field of IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering and Management or relevant work experience.

Additional Information

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

• Fresher and Recent College Graduates with knowledge in the field of Information Technology and / or with few years of experience required.
• Computer literate and familiar with the use of MS Office applications and basic database applications preferred.
