Our goal is to design and manufacture technical products that solve difficult problems and reach our objectives in Safety, Quality and Profitability The Successful Candidate we are looking for has to have entrepreneurship spirit, be self-motivated, and want to make things happen. We are looking for people to join our team who have passion to solve problems and face challenges with hard work and applying their skills for success. Product development Duties • Define specifications for new products and projects in conjunction with Marketing and technical specialists. • Develop project timelines and budgets. • Provide a project charter along with keystones and test points • Identify resources required for project(s) • If not in house find appropriate resources • Prepare individual project descriptions and specifications for each project contributor. • Hold regular update meetings with team members. • Provide regular project updates to Business development and upper management • Ensure that work project is properly documented and is documented on a timely manner. • Make sure that our IP and confidential information is properly protected. Qualified Candidates will have • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a lead position in product design and development • Advanced electronics and electro-mechanical knowledge • Superior leadership and mentoring skills • Must possess strong communication and presentation skills • Must have a meticulous attention to detail and a continuous improvement focus • Assertive approach to solve problems • Ability to prioritize and make decisions • Results oriented, self-motivated, and organized work ethic • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Project) • 2 years’ experience working on projects for Heavy Industry (Iron and Steel a Plus)
