Candidates will start out learning the recruiting business / sourcing candidates / selling as an inside sales representative. Gradually, candidates will be responsible for bringing in new business, allowing for them to learn both sides of the recruiting business. The right candidate is a GO-Getter and can talk to anybody. Candidates must be coach-able, flexible and self-motivated.
Job Duties:
- Develop strategic sourcing strategies to effectively source candidates through cold calling, networking, career fairs, internet postings, on-campus recruiting, and employee referrals
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements..
- Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline of top talent potentially available for immediate hire as business needs dictate.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- A creative, innovative thinker with strong communication skills, both written and Oral.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Must be self-directed and able to handle multiple requirements at the same time with minimal supervision.
- Exhibit drive and high energy that engages those involved in recruiting
- Ability to work independently, set goals, and communicate progress
- Working knowledge of technology (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
