    SOCIAL AND DIGITAL COORDINATOR

    LOCATION: REMOTE

    DURATION: 12 MONTHS (TEMP TO DIRECT)

    DESCRIPTION: The coordinator role will be a combination of social media content creation and publishing, fan engagement, show page management on client protal, and influencer marketing. Our ideal candidate is obsessed with all things and who can marry a love for home design with an interest in emerging digital and social trends, influencer marketing, and content creation. This position requires a highly detail oriented, organized and assertive individual with excellent communication skills, impeccable writing and editing skills and the ability to thrive in the fast-paced and ever-changing world of social media.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintain editorial calendar for the social or digital team (includes social show support and influencer campaigns)
    • Work with external production partners to support social media content creation and track its delivery.
    • Work with influencer marketing agency to vet influencers and provide feedback on influencer content
    • Execute social media strategies and tactics to engage fans, build awareness and drive tune-in across platforms
    • Video editing experience, specifically for Reels and TikTok
    • Create subscriber acquisition strategies to ensure reach and growth
    • Work with digital or social team to execute on social media calendar aligning with network campaigns
    • Provide community management support by engaging with fans, talent and online influencers across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms
    • Work with communications and talent teams to leverage talent across social media platforms
    • Other duties as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 1-2 years of social or digital experience
    • Highly detailed-oriented and organized with keen ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a very fast-paced environment.
    • Expert written and oral communication skills are required.
    • Snappy copywriting skills a must
    • Interest in home decor, DIY projects and design a major plus.
    • Thorough knowledge of (but not limited to), Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.
    • Experience with social media publishing platforms, such as Khoros, HootSuite, Facebook Business Manager.
    • Excellent communication, organizational and judgment skills.
    • FLEXIBILITY TO WORK SOME NIGHTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
    • Experience working for a television broadcaster or streaming service is a plus
    • Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint experience necessary.
    • Comfortable using Adobe Photoshop.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and website publishing best practices is a plus.
