DIGITAL ANALYTICS DEVELOPER/ANALYST

LONG TERM
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Maintain current digital analytics dashboards and tools to visualize key measures of success.
Develop an analytics scorecard suitable for use by NLM senior management.
Draw data via API from platforms including Google Analytics, Qualtrics, and other tools.
Meet with users to define project requirements and required outputs for any future projects.
Develop web interfaces in Django, Python, and D3.
Provide advance troubleshooting support for problems in digital analytics applications.
Facilitate insight generation using analytics from Qualtrics, Google Analytics, and other tools.
Communicate insight using effective data visualization via Tableau and other available tools.
Maintain live production systems and tools.
Develop, manage, and query databases using Google Cloud Platform/BigQuery and relevant query languages including SQL.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Math, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Work experience of 1-3 years in designing web applications in Python, Django, and D3.
Experience creating well-designed, visually appealing management-level dashboards drawing from tools including Google Analytics, Tableau, and other analytics applications.
Ability to distill complex information into easy-to-understand insights for a senior management audience.
Able to address emerging needs proactively.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Able to work independently while also delivering insight as part of a team.
Attention to detail.
Ability to learn new applications and tasks quickly to adapt to changing priorities.
Comfort working with business teams to identify, resolve, and track application issues.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
