    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Need to be able to contribute to and manage all of the standard Content Team tasks:
    • Regulatory development
    • Development of support files (translation sheets, mapping files)
    • Extensible publishing (templates, reference sheets)
    • OCIL XML content
    • Xacta AE project templates (tasks, process steps, EP templates, workflow)
    • Continuum content, management of content, etc.)

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience (6 years).
    • 5+ years experience in direct or related fields.
    • Knowledge of the general ITGRC assessment processes and the major regulatory guidance associated with each (NIST 800-37, OMB, FISMA, etc.).
    • Knowledge of ITGRC security regulations, particular NIST 800-53, ISO 27001 and related primary security regulations. Knowledge of specific technical security regulations and compliance tools (STIGs (DISA, USGCB, CIS), SANS Top 20, vendor/product vulnerability sources (e.g., IAVMs, Microsoft Security Bulletins), and various tools available to validate/verify compliance (Nessus, etc.).
    • Ability to develop test procedures to validate related and evolving ITGRC security regulations. Must have understanding of all major operating systems and major applications to aid in development.
    • Must have experience with automated test script development for the ITGRC process, relevant to the HIA scripting capability. Should be aware of available automation script libraries. Ability to translate scripts for use in our product would be a plus
    • Must understand the general ITGRC assessment process (and variations) and be able to translate them into functional workflows
    • Must be able to work with XML files (modify existing, new development) and have experience with XML development tools/utilities.
    • Must have experience with Word/Excel and other office automation tools, needed in the development of the content. Use of advanced Excel topics (formulas, macros, VBA) would be useful.
    • Be able to provide technical guidance to other, junior level content team members, as needed.
    • Be able to work with existing content development tools and techniques, and be able to develop and apply any newly required tools/concepts to support the overall content development tasks, as needed.
    • Understanding of common scripting languages is required, and must be able to quickly come up-to-speed on the following: (e.g., perl, velocity, Unix scripting, javascript, DOS command line, etc.).
    • Must to be able to handle general content management tasks (archiving, versioning, etc.) Knowledge of SVN (or related versioning products would be helpful).
    • Experience with SCAP content is a requirement.
    • Basic understanding of programming concepts would be a plus.
    • The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information.
