    Shipping, Coordination & Cost Calculation

Pick, pack, and ship hardware using DHL, FedEx, and UPS

Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and international shipping documentation

Calculate and communicate shipping charges (domestic and international) to internal teams prior to shipment

Provide shipping confirmations, tracking details, and respond to shipping-related questions or issues

Coordinate resolution of delivery exceptions, delays, or shipping discrepancies

    Receiving & Inventory Management

Receive inventory, including occasional containers and palletized shipments

Verify inbound items against packing lists and purchase orders

Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system

Perform and reconcile monthly physical inventory counts

    Hardware Configuration & Quality Control

Connect reader modules and accessories to time clocks prior to shipment

Complete pre-shipment configuration and QA checklists

Verify correct configuration, quantities, and packaging before shipping

    Systems Ownership

Accurately process all shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions in ERP

Maintain organized inventory and a clean, efficient warehouse workspace

    Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or shipping operations

Strong computer and system skills; comfortable working in ERP and shipping platforms

Experience with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and international shipping documentation

Ability to estimate and calculate shipping costs accurately

    Logical, detail-oriented, and checklist-driven

Comfortable working independently with ownership and accountability

Able to lift 20–30 lbs. per box

    Compensation & Benefits

    Base Salary: $42,000 – $48,000

Performance Bonus: Annual, based on accuracy, execution, cost awareness, and responsiveness

Profit Sharing: Eligible starting Year 2

Health insurance, paid time off, and company holidays

    Ideal Candidate

A hands-on operator who thinks logically, understands shipping cost drivers, follows systems and checklists, communicates clearly, and takes pride in shipping accurately configured hardware the first time.
