Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Account Coordinator to join our growing team. The Account Coordinator will serve as a key support role within our Account Management Department, assisting with customer communication, order tracking, and day-to-day coordination to ensure a smooth experience for our clients. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and support needs.

Assist with order entry, tracking, and scheduling deliveries.

Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, warehouse, operations) to ensure timely and accurate service.

Maintain and update customer account information, documentation, and reporting.

Monitor shipments and proactively communicate updates to clients.

Support in resolving issues or service concerns quickly and professionally.

Prepare account activity reports and assist with data analysis when needed.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or logistics preferred.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with logistics or CRM systems a plus.

Problem-solving mindset with a high level of professionalism.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
