  • Responsibilities

    Position Overview
    We are searching for a Logistics Administrative Clerk to support shipping, receiving, and inventory functions by handling documentation, scheduling shipments, and maintaining accurate records.

    Primary Responsibilities
    • Process and track incoming and outgoing shipments
    • Prepare bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels
    • Update inventory and shipment data in WMS/ERP systems
    • Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with carriers
    • Communicate shipment status and issues to internal teams
    • Maintain organized shipping and compliance files
    • Assist with inventory counts and basic reporting
    • Provide general administrative support (phones, emails, data entry)

    Minimum Requirements
    • 1–2 years of logistics, warehouse, or administrative experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic WMS/ERP knowledge
    • Strong attention to detail and record accuracy
    • Effective communication with carriers and internal departments
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bilingual in Spanish and English
    • Knowledge of inventory processes and shipping regulations
    • Basic Excel skills for logs and reports
